Blog Archive Lost

We are sad to announce that the archive where we stored our blog history seems to have been corrupted. We therefore can’t restore old blog posts for the new website.

Corrupted Archive

When we removed the blog from the old website, we archived all old blog posts and stored them on an external drive, in case we later wanted to restore the content.

When we now tried to restore them for the new website, the zip file could not be extracted. While it may still be able to fix the file and restore the content, we have decided to let things be.

Next Steps

Instead of dwelling on the past, we are fine with letting the blog start anew. There was little of true value in the old blog, and perhaps looking forward is the easiest and best thing to do.
